Living with a mental health diagnosis and self-quarantining are both challenging on their own. Combining them is even more difficult.

If you or a loved one are living with a mental health challenge during COVID-19, this list is for you.

It’s a growing list of mental health resources in Houston, as well as some that are accessible anywhere. I hope these are useful.

Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Be as flexible as you can without sacrificing your safety or values. That’s how you survive something like this. The rest will play out as its meant to - all we can really try to control is how we react.
