Being stuck at home and trying to figure out what to do each day can be incredibly challenging. This video covers the basics of setting a routine and why it’s so important to do so.

Crucial daily routine tasks include: getting out of bed, maintaining a sleep schedule, eating healthfully and regularly, keeping up with hygiene, getting outside, “socializing” (on the phone, via video, over text, or social media), and healthy coping skills and activities to keep you busy.
